A manager from a large restaurant within the neighborhood region called in for our services. He had been asked to locate out if we could help the owner. It had become clear that a few of the waiting staff where stealing from the Ideas pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there might be as significantly as £5000 inside the pot on a Saturday night.
